This Contract Only: $250 per ACT session. (375 Minutes of Instruction)
Dr. Bell’s Responsibility
• - Attend each session on time and prepared.
• - Provide high-quality tutoring services.
• - Not do any of the students’ work for them, but to guide them in the right direction.
• - Provide a positive and encouraging academic environment.
• - Maintain confidentiality of the student’s academic information.
Student’s Responsibility
*Attend each session on time and prepared with relevant materials
*Notify tutor at least 12 hours in advance of a session cancellation.
*Actively participate in the session and communicate any questions or concerns.
*Be on time for sessions
Cancelation Policy The Student and or Parent must contact the tutor at least 12 hours in advance
in order to reschedule. No-shows and late cancellations will not be able to reschedule. *Unless
prior arrangements have been made with Dr. Bell.
Dr. Bell will provide the same courtesy and notify the Student and/or Parent at least 12 hours in
advance if she needs to cancel.
Dr. Bell cannot guarantee the level of improvement the Student will achieve. However, she can
guarantee to provide professional and useful help for the Student. The Student will need to put
forth effort outside of the tutoring to achieve his/her goals fully. The location for this session is
via Zoom.
